Beech wood with black walnut handles. The voids have been filled with wood filler and finished with an natural food safe oil. This knife blade is a little shorter than the others but the grain and curl patterns in the wood is beautiful. Overall length is 10.75” and tallest portion of the blade is 1.5”.
